Does Spinal Decompression Help With Back Pain?
Spinal Decompression is a wonderfully effective new method that applies distraction force to relieve spinal nerve compression often associated with back pain and sciatica.
Non-invasive, Non-Surgical Spinal Decompression is similar to Linear Traction but doesn’t create any pressure on the spine. This slowly lengthens and decompresses the spine to create negative pressure in between the discs, which moves water out of those discs.
This reversal of pressure creates an intradermal vacuum that helps to reposition bulging discs and pull extruded disc material back into place, taking pressure off pinched nerves. Spinal experts believe that nutrients, oxygen, and fluids are drawn into the disc, creating a revitalized environment conducive to healing.
What is Spinal Decompression Treatment Line?
Using the table seen in the image, you will be comfortably fitted into the decompression table designed to reduce pressure on the lower back or neck.
The treatment is relaxing and very safe, as you notice how your spine will gradually lengthen and pressure on your discs lessens progressively. Over time, the processes help relieve pain without any additional surgery.
Each session is approximately 30 minutes but some individual patient results may vary.
Is Spinal Decompression Effective in treating pain?
More than 10 research studies revealed that decompressing your spine can lead to success rates up to 88.9%. John Leslie M.D., and the Mayo Clinic, for example, at the 18th Annual Meeting American Academy of Pain Management in Tampa Florida on September 5 2007 found the following amazing results.
- Multi-center, phase II, non-randomized pilot study utilizing spinal decompression.
- Designed to evaluate the effectiveness and safety of spinal decompression in the treatment of chronic lower back pain.
- Patients enrolled have an average of ten years of chronic back pain.
- After two weeks of treatments of spinal decompression — 50% reduction in pain scores.
- Upon completion of the entire six week protocol success rate of 88.9% was documented.
Is Spinal Decompression Effective in treating pain?
Professional athletes, celebrities, and even patients in their 90s are turning to spinal decompression and cold laser therapy as an affordable, non-surgical alternative to neck and back pain without the use of drugs, pills, or surgery.
Pills and shots either only mask your pain or may only work for a short while and surgeries can cost thousands of dollars and still sometimes end up with a failed back surgery syndrome.
Spinal Decompression is often preferred for athletes as it’s not only effective and affordable but is also non-invasive and safe.
